to go on this weight-loss journey I decided to buy a Fitbit and I bought like a
really expensive well okay as she was $20 it wasn't expensive it was just a
fancy rat feel that like told me my body fat in my workouts more consistent but
again all I was doing was going to the gym and doing the cart doing cardio I
was not lifting any weight or anything and then when it came to eating I
started doing intermittent fasting and I cleaned up my eating a little bit I
will go over it all so you guys probably wouldn't like girl why aren't you
going over there eating I'm gonna go over eating after I tell like the whole
timeline okay so then from August 2019 to December 2019 is when I really lost a
lot of weight for myself I went from 219 pounds to 183 yeah to 183 I didn't
doing intermittent fasting a little bit more consistently it is on and off
though like I'm not like I don't like to force myself to do it so like I'm
